Cookies are small text files that a website stores on a visitor’s device and that the device transmits back to the site on subsequent visits. Similar technologies — including local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and software development-kit identifiers — perform comparable functions and are referred to collectively in this Policy as “cookies”. Cookies may be “session” cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain for a defined period; and they may be “first-party” (set by us) or “third-party” (set by another domain).

The Platform currently uses browser storage that is strictly necessary to maintain an authenticated session. It does not currently enable optional analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

Strictly necessary cookies. These enable authentication, session management and related security controls. Disabling this browser storage prevents authenticated areas from working correctly.

Functional cookies. These remember The Platform does not currently deploy optional functional cookies. This Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before such cookies are enabled.

Analytical and performance cookies. The Platform does not currently deploy non-essential analytics cookies. Any future analytics integration must remain disabled until its data use is documented and any legally required consent is available.

Marketing and advertising cookies. As at the date of this Policy, the Company does not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Should such technologies be contemplated in future — including conversion pixels or social-media audience tools — they will be listed here, disclosed to you, and activated only upon prior, free, specific, informed, express and unequivocal consent, consistent with the LOPDP.

Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure, and the hosting platform may process essential request and security data. Manolito does not claim that a payment processor or analytics provider is integrated. The Company will maintain a verified production inventory of browser storage, providers, lifetimes and hosting jurisdictions.

Because no optional cookie category is currently enabled, the Platform does not display a consent preference centre. You may block or delete browser storage through your settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others), and many browsers offer private-browsing modes that prevent persistent storage. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair access to authenticated areas, negotiation flows, wallet views and purchase functionality. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

As at the date of this Policy, the Platform does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Any future commitment to honour recognised global privacy-control signals will be announced through an update to this Policy.

Information collected through cookies constitutes personal data to the extent it is identifiable or linkable to you. Such data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the legal bases described therein, the retention principles applied to technical data, and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability.

We may revise this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation or our commercial practices — for instance, the introduction of new analytics or advertising partners. Material changes will be notified through the Platform, and continued use of the Platform following such notification will constitute acceptance of the revised Policy, subject always to any consent that applicable law requires to be obtained afresh.

This Cookie Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, including the LOPDP and its implementing regulations, and forms an integral part of our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
