Marketplace Policy Summary

Expedite Business Solutions S.A.S. operates technology through which buyers publish problems and independent professionals offer paid solutions. Manolito does not author, endorse or guarantee a professional’s solution and is not the professional’s employer, agent or partner. Users must assess whether a solution is appropriate for their circumstances.

Buyers must describe problems accurately, avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information, use the offer and counteroffer tools in good faith, and purchase only through the protected marketplace flow. Publishing a problem does not require a purchase. A buyer receives access to a solution only after a successful purchase at the agreed price.

Professionals must provide truthful profile and qualification information, publish only solutions they are competent and legally permitted to provide, define a clear scope and price, and respond honestly to counteroffers and disputes. Every solution must be paid; free solutions and attempts to avoid the marketplace are prohibited.

Buyers spend Manolitos, the Platform’s internal purchase units, on solutions. They are not legal tender and cannot be transferred between users or redeemed by buyers for cash. Completed transactions allocate 80% of the sale value to professional earnings and 20% to Manolito as commission. Eligible professional earnings enter the implemented weekly payout process; payout completion requires recorded manual bank-transfer evidence.

Reviews are limited to verified completed purchases. Reports may be grouped into a protected moderation case. Manolito may restrict visibility or account actions after review while preserving required transaction, audit and financial records. Moderation does not itself alter wallet balances, earnings, payouts or transactions.

Users must not publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory or infringing content; impersonate another person; manipulate reviews, reports or negotiations; circumvent access controls or rate limits; solicit off-platform payment to evade the marketplace; or attempt to obtain another user’s private, financial or security data.
